Each custom home that Landon builds reflects the uncompromising level of quality and workmanship that he requires of everything tied to SAWYER CONSTRUCTION. Landon’s attention to detail and appreciation of craftsmanship are evident in every one of his custom homes.

Landon grew up in Lincoln County. From a young age, he loved working with animals and helping his dad in construction. In keeping with family tradition, Landon is a second generation home builder. He was fortunate to “apprentice” with his father on many projects.

Landon has been licensed as an independent contractor in Tennessee, building custom homes for over 10 years.
Landon met his wife, Kari, while living in Texas for a few years. Kari has worked for one of the largest builders in Texas on their custom build-on-your-lot program for several years across the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex area.

Both Kari and Landon have backgrounds in real estate, as well. They have 2 children and live on a farm in the Taft area.
